Mark has been a top 10 partner within Lockton for several years, and his business is focused on Private Equity and Healthcare Providers. His personal clients include Private Equity firms with over $100 Billion AUM, and healthcare clients with over 100,000 beds (acute and LTC). Mark has conducted over 150 M&A transactions, delivering over $200 Million of realized wins from purchase price reductions, loss reductions, extraordinary claim payments, unique solutions and sale price increase through EBITDA improvements. Mark’s business is based around optimizing every aspect of a company’s risk management performance. His work covers Employee Benefits, Property / Casualty, Surety Bonds, etc. His goal is to protect clients and reduce their total cost of risk.
