I am Managing Director at Darling Consulting Group in Newburyport, MA. I work with financial institutions throughout the country (banks and credit unions) to help them get the most out of their Asset Liability Management (ALM) process. In assessing the needs of a bank or credit union with their management or Asset Liability Management (ALM) team, we evaluate the current A/L process and help identify ways to make it stronger and more efficient while managing all of the risks on the balance sheet.
