International & Local Business Development and Relationship Management focusing on the Aviation, Airport and Aerospace sectors. Current role involved with the resource and affiliated industries sectors, expanding into NGO and government organisations that use contracted aviation services for elements of their activities. Past experience in the education industry, with elements into environment, social services and corporate planning. This includes reviewing clients business models, meeting immediate needs and establishing long term relationships with organisations. Areas include but are not limited to: Compliance and Quality; Risk Management and mitigation strategies; Training, Mentoring and Consulting; Complex Project Management; Workforce development; Recruitment Services; Audits and Documentation (ISO standard); Analyzing Market Demands for business performance and competitiveness and Tender responses.
