I build Payments and Risk Management Infrastructure Globally. Across many dimensions I had been solving for many different payments needs, - I developed Card Acquiring, ACH and BillPay platforms; supported face to face [POS, Mobile POS] and remote transactions [eComm, VT, eInvoicing]; built Risk systems for Underwriting, within transaction and post transaction monitoring as well as Device Fingerprinting technology; managed Risk and Analytics teams for Card Acquiring and Card Issuing businesses; oversaw compliance; implemented global Funds In and Funds Out infrastructure with multi acquiring and funding capabilities; worked on payments solutions for Enterprises, SMEs, Micro Merchants and Consumers. I developed payments businesses in many geographies; and was responsible for Strategic alliances across all layers: Processors, Schemas, Banks, Gateways, Payments Infrastructure Companies, Device Manufacturer, Risk Systems providers, Credit and Data Bureaus, Call Centers. I solved for customer delight experience by building Instant and Paperless Underwriting solutions as well as worked on connected services and tighter integration between internal & external systems. I was working on various Back End solutions for exceptions processing like Chargebacks and Rejects, Collections systems, Case Management Systems, Data Warehousing, Reporting and Analytics.
