Merle Kinnes is a law graduate and admitted attorney with extensive knowledge and experience in law, criminal and forensic investigations and audits and risk management processes. She has more than ten years’ of work experience in the Public Service. She has extensive experience in forensic investigations and managed the legal support section of the Forensic Investigative Unit of the Western Cape Provincial Government. She is able to operate at a high level and has used her legal experience in complex matters. Merle is multi-skilled and had the privilege of working in an integrated fashion with other government departments, both local and national. She is currently providing a Risk Advisory service to the Western Cape Provincial Government.
