Accounting and SOX Administrator for Italy's largest petro-chemical company, Eni Trading and Shipping, Inc. I am extremely experienced in the genre of Auditing and Compliance. I have both Big 10 Public, Non-Profit and Fortune 500 industry experience. I am tenured in the skillfulness of auditing (financial, operational, investigative, construction, system, contracts and Sarbanes-Oxley 302 and 404 Compliance, Japanese SOX (J-SOX), Italian “Model 231” SOX, financial analysis and management, problem solving, strategic planning, a strong team player and individual contributor that focus on results.
