I am an Assistant Director in Affirmative Action at Kansas State University. I ensure that the university is in compliance with recruitment, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. I present workshops for the employees and student s in recognition, prevention of sexual harassment and respect in the workplace. I have completed the affirmative action plan for the university and disseminate the plan to the deans and department heads. I am involved with diversity issues. I also serve as a liaison to the local law enforcement and serve on their board.
