I am a proffesional Economist with more than 35 year of experience in the areas of preparation, appraisal and evaluation of investment projects as wll as of policy based macro/micro structural reforms. I retired from the World Bank as a Lead Economist/Operations Officer and I have experience working in Latin America, Africa and Europe. I speak Englis, French, Spanish and Italian. At the present time I am working as an independent Consutant
