Love to think of myself as a learning agile community banker. To me a bank branch is not only a physical touch point but also a trust centre for getting financial advisory service & solution for the community and getting access to finance for the individuals. With more than ten year professional experience both with public and private commercial banks of Bangladesh. Have got sound programmatic experience on the issues of banking and finance, economic and political context, rural and urban poverty. Proficiencies in product development, creating sound client base and networking with respective stakeholders, specially experienced for working with marginalized communities.
