This consists of supporting three service groups, Management Consulting, Risk Consulting and Transactions & Restructuring. Function as the Performance/People Management Lead for this national team. Member of the team rolling out Jobs2Web at KPMG. Key player in the establishment and day to day operation of our RPO (Recruiting Process Outsourcing) team based in India. Lead role in the strategy, planning and execution related to the roll out of the Avature CRM product to support our RPO and US Research efforts. Our team's primary focus is to create and increase recruiting pipelines to support all of Advisory experienced hiring in the US. We also act as advisors to both our client facing recruiters and our delivery clients with respect to candidate identification, candidate engagement and talent mapping.
