-Senior Risk Manager with 15+ years’ experience in banking and financial services in a range of Risk Management roles covering ERM, Credit, Market, FX and Liquidity Risk, involving estimation and management of risk exposures and methodologies, including interaction with regulators and ICAAP and ILAAP submissions. - Risk and capital model development experience. - Writing and implementing risk frameworks, policies and governance. - Hybrid Project management and risk business analyst from delivering regulatory and risk projects. I work logically and creatively to solve problems, working closely with development teams to facilitate understanding of user stories and test implementations. - Broad and in-depth knowledge of capital market products and banking products, life cycles and funding requirements. - Broad experience in data aggregation and analytics. - Outstanding communications and facilitation skills at all levels of the organisation and to regulators.
