I possess over 27 years experience in Strategy Planning, Facility Management, Operations, Vendor Development, General Administration, Crisis Management, Infrastructure Management and Relationship/Man Management. Team work skills and experience of dealing with a cross section of departments are assets that could work as a catalyst in any future assignment. Currently, I am working on consulting assignments with companies on Corporate Services, Employee Health &Safety, Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery requirements. During my assignment at Uninor (a JV between Telenor and Unitech) as the Head of Facilities, I was involved in the pan India roll out, developed the Corporate Real Estate processes and played an instrumental role in successful implementation of these across India. I successfully handed over 60 offices varying from 1,500 sft to 2,00,000 sft carpet area across Tier I, II, III & IV cities (Metro cities to countryside). Prior to Uninor, I worked at Fidelity Business Services India and was responsible for the Corporate Services team. I managed the Corporate Real Estate portfolio including infrastructure, interior fit-outs, facility services and administration, security services and procurement. Earlier I worked at ExlServices, a leading BPO, where I handled all infrastructure and project management services. During my Corporate Real Estate career, I have attained in-depth exposure of the entire Real Estate cycle and have attained comprehensive exposure to best in class “Environmental, Health & Safety” practices, real estate transactions, projects and facility management practices. I am a Mechanical Engineer and sailed the high seas with the Merchant Navy for 17 years. Absolute integrity & work ethics have been the hallmark of my career.
