Programme Manager, Credit & Rates 30 years senior management experience at a number of leading US & European Wholesale Banks. Since 2000, I have been running Delivery, Progranmme & Change Management teams for Wholesale & Private Banking in the UK (2 years) Europe (7 years) and Asia (3 Years)mostly on a contract basis. Extensive programme management experience (12 years) managing multiple concurrent projects over the full project lifecycle - conception through to delivery - covering both business and technology projects. Expertise in planning and delivering large-scale strategic programmes (cross-functional, product with budgets to $50m). Currently focussed upon regulatory reform (Dodd-Frank / EMIR, Mifid II) and the resulting changes in OTC clearing and reporting, collateral and risk management. Excellent academics (MA, MBA) and professional qualifications in both PM (Prince 2 Practitioner, Six Sigma Green Belt) and Operations Management (NASD S7, UKSE RR and AIBD professional examinations - IMRO and SFA Reg Director).
