I am currently the manager of Disaster Recovery program management office (DR PMO) at a medium sized Biotech firm located in the US (Cambridge, MA). The firm currently doesn't have a very strong BC or DR programs and we are in the process of developing those. The biggest challenges in getting these programs off the ground has been the relaxed culture of the company. While this is a great place to work for because of the culture, it also can be a problem when trying to move new ideas forward.
