Iam 33 years old and currently the Head of Human Resources and Administration of Uganda House Investments Ltd and Milton Obote Foundation. We are into and Real Estate property management in the East African Region. Iam responsible for the management of the Foundation’s human resource; business support and facilities, management issues. Leads and supports the development and implementation of human resource; business administration; office management, and accounting/finance practices, policies and procedures. Supports employees and management around HR; office and facilities management; travel and expense management, and other business support needs within the Foundation. Supports operations and facilities management on a regional basis, as required.I posses eight years of Human resource and customer management experience.I believe I have the skills and qualities that you are asking for. I am a hard working and adaptable individual who maintains a professional manner in the work place. Iam highly motivated with considerable experience in a variety of community based projects, Human Resource, customer service roles with administrative and financial management skill. I am also able to work under pressure in a methodical and responsible way whilst being able to meet deadlines. I work well as part of a team as well as unsupervised using initiative. My previous position was Customer Relationship Manager at NFT Consult, a people - centric organization, seasoned in providing Human Resource Solutions with emphasis on Recruitment, Personnel Outsourcing, Training and Development in the East African Region. As a CRM, I was the client’s point of contact regarding all issues relating to the delivery of services and associated implementation of work plans as defined by the contract between NFT Consult Ltd and my Clients. My clients included CNOOC Uganda Ltd, Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd (Uganda and South Sudan), Nokia Siemens Networks, Alcatel- Lucent, MultiChoice Uganda, ACCA Uganda, PAE inc, GOOGLE, Total E&P, ThoughtWorks (U) Ltd, ASTER Global Services (U) Ltd and I-ENGINEERING (U) Ltd all whom I served diligently with enthusiasm. I also previously worked with Warr Community Health Care Project, as the Project Manager in charge of the overall administration, resource mobilization, management and implementation of the project. This post required initiative and maturity as well as the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. It also, I believe, considerably developed my competence and good judgement. I am an experienced Manager, having been the National Executive Commissioner of Uganda Scout Association for three years, where I run the day-to-day activities of the Secretariat. I also supervised over fifty staff both in Projects and at the headquarters. I was also in charge of resource mobilization and managing assests of the Association. I greatly enjoyed working in the busy office environment of NFT Consult, Warr Community and the Scouting Movement. I am now looking for opportunities that offer me the chance to become closely involved with a thriving organization once again that gives me the desired International exposure and experience. I have a great passion for events management. I am also into SCOUTING and ROTARY.
