As a Community Banker, my industry is facing the difficult task of working through non-performing loans while seeking opportunities to lend to credit worthy borrowers (both consumer and commercial). The industry also will be focusing significant resources to understand and comply with a myriad of new and modified regulations which will be created as the result of the Dodd-Frank Financial Services Reforms.
