Paul is a Chartered Engineer and retired naval officer with over 35 years’ experience in project, total quality, risk and change management. Adept at both qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, he has worked both on secondments as risk manager to large projects and in short reactive troubleshooting assignments across a variety of business sectors including oil and gas, transportation, pharmaceuticals and defence. Skilled in developing bespoke add ons for Oracle PRA to provide enhanced modelling scenarios Paul has also been a beta tester for the original Pertmaster, and is currently beta testing the new Safran Risk and Vose Tamara risk software
