Currently seeking a position as a Director/Sr Manager/Sr Business Partner in Human Resources. I have 18 years of experience in HR, with the last 9 years showing progressive growth in terms of strategic partnership and managing teams. The bulk of my career has been in retail/restaurants. While searching for the right match both culturally and in job description, I am taking classes to obtain a certification in social media marketing strategy. I am also studying for the SPHR exam, which I will take in January 2014.
