Pooneh has over twenty years of industry and management consulting experience structuring and delivering large transformational change programs in the financial services industry. She has a proven track record of delivering results for clients in areas of operating model transformation, digital transformation, AI, ML, RPA, Data Analytics, Regulatory & Risk Management, TPRM, Data Privacy, Cyber security, service delivery optimization and organization design, automation strategy, RPA design and implementation, shared services, outsourcing, market utility design, resource & location strategy and complex strategic change initiatives. Her leadership roles on advisory engagements span programs at top leading global banks, capital market, private equity, and wealth & asset management, and Insurance in each of the major regions of the world. Pooneh also spent time in industry as the shared services outsourcing lead for UBS Investment bank and Lehman Brothers, responsible for managing supplier relationships, vendor management, operational risk and governance, and setting up shared service centers in US, India, China, Poland and Brazil for variety of functions including IT, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Risk, Audit, Compliance, HR, Legal and Client Onboarding. In addition, Pooneh is a true entrepreneur having built two businesses focusing on advisory services and another providing products and services in the retail, health & wellness industry. Throughout her career Pooneh has lived and worked in number of countries including: US, Germany, France, UK, Singapore, UAE, Brazil and India. She is fluent in English, German and Farsi.
