I am professional bank regulator. I spent close to 35 years with the central bank of India called Reserve Bank of India in the area of banking supervision. Spent two years in non bank regulation and supervision. I was with the the International Monetary Fund as resident advisor, financial sector supervision for three years advising 13 southern African countries on how to strengthen their banking supervision framework
