Over sixteen years of Post MBA experience in Investment banking, Distress asset management, Project finance, Corporate banking, Advisory and Consulting. Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships with external business partners, executive management and team members in a multicultural setting. Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication and project management skills. Responsibilities over the years also involved fund raising for various projects managed. Experience has provided me with the ability to successfully identify and work on opportunities in emerging markets. Most recently part of senior management team implementing the GFH India project which is the development of an integrated township in Navi Mumbai spanning an excess of 1700 acres. Experience in earlier organizations also provided exposure to real estate transactions through which value of financial assets were unlocked.
