I'm having 22 years of experience out of which15+ years of versatile experience as HR Generalist during my tenure with Sahara I've handled bulk recruitment in PAN India for entire group. In my second & third assignments in Vestas RRB & SBQ Steels LTD., also maintained the same status quo. hiring large number of talent people and managing extensive campus recruitment Programme at Pan India level for Engineers, Management Graduates as per business plan. My passion is Talent acquisition Talent Management & Retention. Designed organization structure with clear cut roles in line with KRA & KPI.
