Administer all leaves of absence, including management of FMLA, ADA, general leaves of absence, and military leave, across an organization composed of more than 2,700 employees across 11 states and the District of Columbia. Additionally, responsible for all HR-specific matters, including specialization in employment law, risk mitigation, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and management training and development, for staff employed in four different programs across five states. Manage company-wide retention initiatives, including both the exit and stay interview processes. Co-creator of and Project Manager for the Retention Task Force, tasked with the initiative of strategically reducing turnover and improving employee engagement and morale throughout the company.
