I am a tax/securities attorney and capital markets/IB banker with extensive experrience in structured finance and alternative investments. I presently serve as CCO&GC for a newly formed B/D and investment adviser in the energy sector. I want to contribute my expertise and skills toward seeding this investment manager and its prospective energy investment fund. I want to be a key contributor to the fund's and IM's growth and success. My main business challenge is: gaining traction for seed capital for a private equity-modelled investment fund from an investor which can provide patient capital (given the underlying long-term investment parameters) and strategic business relationships.
