At least thirteen years experience working in programs aiming to enhance accessibility, utilization, and coverage of health services at community level with emphasis on community participation as well as setting up health referral system at district level and assessing quality of services. More than ten years experience in needs assessment, proposals writing, tools design and best practices dissemination. I have worked in the framework of several sectors concerning humanitarian and development programs in relation to community health, HIV/AIDS, gender as well as transversal thematic as social issues, economical issues and poverty diminution. Four years experience in providing methodological support in setting up and coordinating community and professional networks as well as ensuring outcomes sustainability. Finally, I am skilled in gathering essential data, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, facilitating focus groups and building overall consensus on outcomes. I am very interested to participate in discussions about health care quality and users satisfaction specially in developing and emerging countries
