I spent close to twenty years in pharmaceutical sales and sales training with a successful track record; after being laid off I tried a different industry which was not a good match for me, however I am grateful for the many things I learned in the past three years. Customer service is the key to winning in business. Winning a new customer is great, creating a loyal customer takes all hands on deck, that means every department and employee having the basic tools to do their job and provide outstanding internal and external customer service. If employees are afraid to do their jobs due to fear of losing their jobs there is a problem. I would like to analyze companies and help them to see the gaps in customer service and help them to improve customer loyalty. In addition I have lived in Paris, France for three years, Japan for two years, and in several states over the past twenty years, I want to help companies bridge cultural divides. Understanding other cultures is key to winning in today's melting pot.
