I am currently the group analyst for enterprise strategy and risk, although at this point, I focus more on Enterprise Risk. We are responsible for the embedding of risk management throughout the organisation. My role is to develop and analyse all the information that feeds into the group risk profile. We work with all the business units within Implats and facilitate the risk identification process for all departments. We assist departments in the development of risk management plans, with specific projects where necessary and assess the organisation’s overall risk maturity and develop/implement specific plans to address areas fro improvement. We are responsible for the system and methodology regarding risk management.
