Experienced Enterprise/Operational Risk Manager in job search for similar role in financial services in NY area. Developed the operational risk framework and led a small team of local and remote credit, market, liquidity and operational risk managers and a business continuity manager. Led the risk control self-assessment (RCSA) program, incident reporting/lessons learned, key risk indicators and general risk reporting. Created the incident reporting processes which was successful through management training and awareness. Formed and co-chaired the Regional Risk Committee with the Regional CEO. Met with the Group's regulators on a regular basis (FSA, FINRA, SEC). Prior to ICAP, I was Director of Operational Risk Management at Credit Suisse for the Investment Bank where I covered the Equities business and IT Risk strategic projects. Prior to Credit Suisse, I was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley's Global Wealth Management Group where I held various leadership positions. In Operational Risk, I lead International Account risk and surveillance, and in the Strategic Services Group, an internal consulting group, I was the Risk and Compliance Program Director.
