Interested in Enterprise & Operational Risk and creating business practical Integrated Risk Management functions that support organizational business strategies and revenue goals. I possess 25 years experience across a wide spectrum of the financial services industry with a history of providing leadership and strategic direction to Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit and Compliance departments and their Executive Risk Committee’s at top tier financial and non-financial institutions. I have served as Enterprise Risk Manager [ERM] and subject matter expert [SME] supporting Board and Audit committees through service leadership on Governance, Audit, Compensation, Human Resource, Informatin Technology, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Operations, Finance, and Investment Operations Committees. My achievements include managing large risk management departments, building compliance, operational and enterprise risk analytics reporting groups for leading organizations, and development of a best in class approach to enterprise risk management for a leading reinsurance organization that received recognition and industry rating of “Excellent” by Standard & Poor’s. My extensive background has provided deep knowledge of a range of management practices, approaches and technical implementation strategies. Some of my career achievements include the “Financial Services Industry Champion” award from Deloitte for “Outstanding Contribution to Clients During 9/11 and Post Recovery”. PriceWaterhouse Client Service Award for “Excellence in Client Service Delivery”. I hold professional certification in operational risk and a Six Sigma [Black Belt].
