Robert is the primary custodian of product knowledge for the brands in our Construction and Consumer Strategic Business Units (SBUs). He currently heads the dealer-network & staff product training programs for DEWALT Professional Power Tools, Engineered Fastening Systems, & Accessories, Black and Decker Consumer Power Tools & Accessories, Black and Decker Pro-line Power Tools & Accessories, Black and Decker Outdoor Products, Stanley FAT MAX Power Tools & Accessories, Stanley Consumer Power Tools & Accessories, Stanley Hand Tools and Stanley Tools Storage Products for the Middle East and Africa region. Robert is also acting Dean of Studies for the Stanley Black and Decker University (SBDU), MEA, Dubai. Achievements over the last 3-years include: Commercial product & safety training for 25000+ people - staff, dealers & end-users. Driving high retention rates (average tenure of +10 yrs in our MEA Offices). Supporting regional 22% market share growth, SGM profitability of 5.35% LY. Robert is a resilient and resourceful leader in his field with demonstrated strong experience in training management. The foundation of his experience is in military and civilian aircraft maintenance & flight operations training. He has successfully managed numerous facilities maintenance & repair programs in his tenure as a Sales and Ops Manager with Key Business Services in Dubai. Robert who is a Canadian has spent more than half of his life living and working in various countries in the MEA region.
