a seasoned risk management professional with over 6 years of experience in a multinational blue chip company, Standard Chartered Bank. I have been an AML/KYC/CDD Officer for 3 years and currently a Quality Assurance Manager for Africa (3 years)in the Banking industry. I was appointed by Thomson Reuters during the 2nd East African GRC Summit in Nairobi, Kenya in 2015. I was recently appointed a Moderator during the launch of the Association of Certified Compliance Professionals in Africa (ACCPA) led by the President Ernest Honya. Part of my role involves executing Control Sample Tests for Anti-money Laundering, CFT and Sanctions. I want to be a major speaker in international conferences, sharing unique aspects of the African Risk management profession. I also need to take up professional courses from an internationally accepted provider, and secure a Risk management job in the developed world. Any offer to take my career to the next level would be most welcome.
