Chief Risk Officer - MidCountry Financial Corp. MidCountry Financial is a financial services holding company with its home office in Macon, Georgia. Several of our companies and the services we offer are located in the Midwestern part of the United States. Our largest subsidiary, MidCountry Bank has offices in Southern Illinois and just outside Minneapolis/St. Paul. Other subsidiaries include Heights Finance in Peoria, Illinois and Pioneer Services in Kansas City, Missouri. Oversees the design and implementation of the enterprise risk management strategy and framework and ensures that a coordinated and consistent approach to risk management activity is undertaken across the Company. Responsible for providing ongoing risk management support and guidance to the business; designing and producing management and board-level risk reporting; managing compliance, loan review and SOX functions; coordinating with Internal Audit and other parties as necessary to ensure that there is a comprehensive risk management program in place.
