Compliance consultant for physicians office, out-patient clinic, dialysis clinic. Review and recommend changes to obtain, maintain and/or improve quality and standards of care, too enhance patient care Comply with local state and federal regulations in conjunction with the 2013 work plan, RAC/OIG and CMS guidelines. Challenges: Finding a way to compete with the larger companies to maintain's Competent staff whereas I'm limited to benefit and higher salaries due to budget cuts restraints and Substantially lower reimbursement from Medicare Medicaid as it relates to my Q mix acuity levels
