Engineer by Profession, 35 years of experience with Chevron /Emirates National Oil Company and Government of Dubai. All downstream installations , design review ,layout, construction, commissioning, equipment procurement etc. Management, Starting company or Division from scratch, development of Business Plan , Resource Plan, Feasibility studies , Risk assessments, Incident investigation, root cause analysis. Quality & Environmental Management System installation , Internal Audit etc. Member of ASTM/ ASQ/DQG/Institution of Engineers etc
