I am the Head of HR at PZ Cusssons West Africa, and part of the Leadership team. The company is into the manufacture and distribution of FMCGs. I am also a qualified lawyer and has been in an HR role for 12 years. One my key focus areas is assessing human capital risk and the extent to which it should become a 'headline' topic, and it becoming an essential aspect of influencing corporate strategy
