VP of commercial lending for a small community bank.  Develop and grow a pipeline of clients of end users for commercial, industrial and CRE purpose loans.  Underwrite the complex commercial loans utilizing various softwares such as Moody’s and Sageworks to determine financial stability and credit worthiness of the borrower(s) and guarantor(s).  Preparation of concise, well-reasoned, credit memorandums to support and evidence the qualities of loans for review from the CCO and Board of Directors for final approval.  Provide loan structure and guidance and apply analysis to mitigate risks in relationships consistent with Bank and Regulatory loan policies.
