Responsible for creating, updating and enforcing loan policy. Working with the Chief Credit Officer in creating the quarterly ALLL and setting the proper reserves. Monitor risk rating to make sure all loans are accurately rated. Created stress testing models for bank examination. Member of Director's Loan Committee. Oversee Credit Admnistration procedures.
