I am a Performance Coach and Executive Coach working with professional traders, investors, risk managers, risk specialists and executives to improve and enhance trading and personal performance. I have coaching knowledge and experience gained from:- Working with and being mentored by one of the world's most experienced and brilliant executive coaches: Through learning and completing the 'Academy of Executive Coaching ' practitioners diploma: Through coaching and helping the many clients I have worked with. I also have 25 years professional experience of trading and risk behind me through my work as a trader working for major investment banks. I specialised in interest rates products, money market, FX, cash and derivative products : - Interbank loans and deposits, cash securities and cash management products, spot and forward FX, futures, FRAs, swaps (interest rate, currency and basis), options, government bonds, equity indices and precious metals. Experience include bank's funding activities, short and medium term, asset & liability management, cash arbitrage, relative value trading, hedge management, proprietary trading. I also have spent many years reading and learning about the psychology of trading and risk, though most my knowledge and education on this subject comes from being immersed in the world of trading having so much time spent in the psychological lab that is the bank trading room.
