Masters degree in Business Administration, Areas of expertise-Business Coaching and Consulting-planning & control, organisational redesign, business process improvement, ontrols & compliance, and cross-cultural management Globally. Over 20 years of experience working in the Asia-Pacific region with various public and private businesses. Holds in-depth and firsthand knowledge on operational aspects of Manufacturing, Forestry & Plantations, Engineering & construction, and Financial services. Held a number of key managerial, operational and advisory positions during his tenure developing business growth in Greater China and Southeast Asia, and has personally handled a wide range of frontline business negotiations in the region. He has consulted with and advised corporate firms and SME in strengthening their internal organisational capabilities, and consolidating and developing their business, operations, and interests in Asia.
