I am a Risk and Compliance Manager at Malawi Leaf which is a Tobacco processing company. I am currently in charge of the overall risk profile of the company and I envision myself being a Chief Executive in the distance future. My main challenge in risk is documenting the risk profile and planning for compliance audits which ought to be separate from Internal Audits.
