Tim’s purpose is to advocate on the behalf of Family Office clients who demand distinguished services and unbridled property & casualty insurance risk management advice in the preservation of their Family's wealth and security. Tim is FEE ONLY, no carrier commissions, no contingent revenue: Independent and Objective. As an independent trusted resource, Tim will provide unbiased review for Family Office Clients’ private property & casualty insurance needs. His focus is on ensuring an insurance program that dovetails into risk control measures the Family Office have identified. It starts by understanding the risk tolerance of the Family and the programs they currently have in place. He then evaluates if those programs are meeting the current needs of the Family Office asset protection plans and if the insurance agent(s) in place are meeting those needs. Analysis of the Family exposures plays an important role in ensuring the risk programs meet their needs. Insurance is the last thing you should buy. Risk Management is 1st and foremost. Therefore, the concern should be identification, analysis, mitigation, and only then insurance. So should a family be in "good hands" or "like a good neighbor"; should it be a 15 minute program or is a carrier who is broad and costly just what the family needs? The answer is; it depends. As a trusted resource, Tim will provide independent, sage and unbiased advice in identifying, analyzing and working with the Family Office to construct the coverage’s and policy language needed to fulfill the Family's risk programs.
