Skilled at helping to fix business, operational, IT, and financial related problems quickly, cost-effectively, and efficiently. Has an extensive background working with troubled businesses and helping them recover their tarnished reputations, fix their out of control business processes, and repair their good reputations after reporting losses due to a troubled project, financial or other fraud, or problems with sustaining profitable operations due to IT problems. With close to 15 yrs in big-4 firms and now 6 with IBM, my expertise in risk management includes all facets from helping a company start up, evaluate, or improve an existing ERM program or function. Have skills in risk analysis using electronic meeting and groupware technologies, and in developing 'analytics' based approaches that produce rich risk information from existing corporate data warehouses and externally available data sources.
