Tommy is a delivery focused risk management professional with combined experience in Risk Management and Project / Program Management and over 15 years experience across major financial services institutions (Banking, Finance and Wealth Management) in Australia. Tommy’s experience extends to leading major review and challenge / assurance and controls reviews, where he has worked alongside Executive Managers, C-Suite Executives, Boards, and Regulators in Line 2 oversight capacity. He brings deep practical experience in the design and implementation of integrated Enterprise Risk (especially Operational Risk) measurement and management frameworks as well as well-developed program integration and cross program / multi projects management skills with a proven capability to fit into a flexible and adaptable work environment. He is a strategic thinker with business acumen who possesses sound judgment, manage risks effectively and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
