Having more than 16 years of experience in all the facet of Consumer / Retail banking, Corporate banking and SME wrt Collections, Recovery from written of portfolio, litigation, Skip Tracing, disposal of assets, team building, imparting training, audit and compliance, MIS and reporting, performance management and feedback. Expertise in collections as well as in litigation is rare combination, which I possess. I enjoy challenges, both at start up level and turning around of business units or portfolio.
