Rosalia’s 30+-year career includes senior executive level positions in the financial services industry where he is a leader in growth, consolidation, mergers and acquisitions. He has a deep understanding of operations and systems that causes him to create financial stability. Most recently, Rosalia served as Senior Project Manager for Financial Industry Technical Services, Inc., a provider of operational support and project management services. In that role, he has directed multi-location project competitive analysis for a $55B regional bank where he created strategic analysis and recommendations for executive leadership. He has also implemented controls, procedures and guided restatements of regulatory filings for 12 business units with a $44B organization. Under his leadership, within two months he architected conversion and closed out 190 funds into a new system for Muni Mae. Previously, Rosalia was principal founder of his own financial consulting firm in which his largest client was H.D. Vest Financial Services, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo, the 4th largest bank in the US.
