Vincenzo Russo is Senior Financial Risk Manager at EurizonVita, the insurance branch of Intesa Sanpaolo bank group. He is a quantitative analyst and the main task of his activity consists in financial and underwriting risk management. He is focused on pricing, risk indicators and economic capital evaluation according to the requirements of Solvency II. He obtained the degree in Statistics and Economics and has attended the Master in Quantitative Finance. Moreover, he has the Qualification in Statistics and is registered as Financial Consultant at the Italian financial authority (Consob) and as Insurance Sales Agent at the Italian insurance authority (Isvap). He conducts research in quantitative finance and insurance and is the author of scientific publications.
