As an active Advisory Board Member for Center of Excellence - Homeland Security for the State of Washington, advise/consult with Higher Education institutions to help optimize crime prevention in compliance with Federal Regulations and Campus initiatives. Evaluate current safety system architecture and subsystems technologies, to develop a recommendation and migration path for an integrated Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platform, and possibly an Intelligent Response Architecture fully integrating ECS, Incident Management, and Command & Control solutions.
