I have always been driven by the challenge of providing my clients with the best talent they could hire and presenting individuals with opportunities they would otherwise not have been afforded. In 2007 I also took on the role of Marketing Director/Business Development for The Madison-Davis Group, Inc. in an effort to diversify our company into new areas, brand our name, expand our reach in the arenas in which we do work and develop new recruiting strategies to benefit our clients and sustain our growth. In the past I have worked within the Equipment Leasing and Life Science/Laboratory Products industries. The focus of my recruiting efforts has been on front line and senior level Business Development, Sales and Marketing professionals.
