I am responsible for Risk Management in the organisation including drafting of the Risk Profile, putting internal controls in place as well as heading the Quality Assurance department. I am also responsible for Compliance and Monitoring of Risk at Company level through internal monthly Audits that are conducted in our Branches. Our Audits are slightly different, specifically focusing on Regulatory Compliance and Compliance to Organisational Policies and Procedures. This is with specific regards to Development Microfinance
