William (Bill) Fowler, Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO and President Fowler brings over 40 years of extensive business experience to E-net’s vision. His formative entrepreneurial experience uniquely situates him to lead E-net. He has held ownership and upper management positions in marketing, auto finance and investment advisory firms. He is a retired Registered Investment Advisor and qualified General Securities Principal, and served as Chairman of the Board and Vice President of Global Acceptance Corporation and Global Income Management Company, which later became known as Auto Credit Accept, Ltd. (ACA) and was a sub-prime auto finance companies in the late 1900’s and early 2000’s. Fowler is the principal visionary founder and majority financier of E-net. Since 2004 he has diligently organized and steered a select team of developers to create the Loan Application and Lender Financing Process.
